Renowned philanthropist Dr. (Mrs.) Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu, through her NGO, Sam Empowerment Foundation (SEF), has extended vital financial assistance to 500 individuals in the Aloji Community of Kogi State during the holy month of Ramadan.
The SEF Ramadan Soft Grant initiative, a testament to the spirit of generosity and compassion synonymous with Ramadan, aims to provide support to vulnerable communities, particularly during challenging times.
Mrs. Kiema Ogunlana, Program Director at Sam Empowerment Foundation, emphasized the significance of such gestures during Ramadan, highlighting the organization’s commitment to addressing hunger and fostering solidarity, aligning with SDG2 (Zero Hunger).
The financial aid enables recipients to procure essential food items for sustenance during fasting, ensuring they observe Ramadan with dignity and comfort.
